David is a registered fitness instructor through The Victoria Council on Fitness and General Health (VICFIT) Inc, a father of two small children (aged 6 and 9).
David has been helping individuals, groups and corporations with their fitness training needs for over 12 years.
David's passion for fitness began while competing in the most elite level of field hockey in Victoria for twelve years. He then went on to compete in numerous triathlons. After having gained his qualification, David began Fit for All. He now provides fitness, well-being advice and training sessions to over 60 adults and adolescents, aged between 15 and 75.
Early in 2004 David started another fitness-based initiative, Fit 4 Kids, which now caters to more then 35 children aged from 4 to 14. Classes are held at various venues including schools, at a Park and privately for children with various disabilities.
Having completed the CHISM (Children's Hospital at Westmead Institute of Sports Medicine) Certificate IV course - Plan and Deliver Exercise for Children and Young Adolescents, David is well qualified to understand the training needs of children and adolescents.
David maintains currency in the industry by continuously studying in the area of fitness, nutrition and well-being. David is a member of the Australian Fitness Network and Australian Institute of Personal Trainers which provides the most up to date information and resources in this area. He also has a current First Aid certificate.
