Jan Murray has studied and worked as a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Child Health Nurse for over 25 years. Jan is a mother of 5 and co-founder and director of Settle Petal. Through her business Jan provides information and support for parents to develop their knowledge, understandings, skills and attitudes needed to maintain and enhance personal health and physical development of all family members.

Jan has travelled and worked with families and young children in Child Health Centres, communities and schools in both city and remote areas of Australia. Jan has been a guest presenter at a number of Early Childhood Centres and parenting groups where she draws on her extensive knowledge and experience to empower parents in their vital role. Jan has worked as a counselor in a summer camp in North Carolina, USA and presently resides on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia  where she continues to develop her skills and business and is currently publishing her first book. http://www.settlepetal.com
